My two daughters consulted Mr Gulab Singh, and he provided complete dental care. He addressed all the aspects in a very caring manner. Kids had interventions (filling & extraction), which happened in a smooth manner, purely because of Mr Gulab Singh's exceptional capability of dealing with kids. The nurse (Joanna) was also very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your amazing service.

Unfortunately, I've had issues with my teeth over the years but I have found Gulab to be professional, amicable and good at his job. When I've needed an early appointment he's made this possible and his efforts are very much appreciated. Gulab also makes an effort to find out if there's anything I want to tell him about my dental health - or health in general where this matters. Excellent chap and the nurse that assists him is top class. Five stars 🤩

Gulab has been looking after my teeth for the last 5years. He is a great Hygienist who I try to see 3-4 times a year. Really cares about you and the welfare of your teeth and gums. Always come away feeling well looked after.

I contacted Wensleydale for a second opinion as I was unhappy with the options (and previous service) provided by my then dentist and was given an appointment with Patrick. This is without doubt the best decision I ever made. Patrick talked me through multiple options, taking the time to explain each one in detail and the cost involved. In February we started the work and last week I got my new bridge which I am so happy with - I can finally eat normally again. Thank you Patrick and Wensleydale, I can't thank you enough. Definitely 5* all round.

I have been going to Wensleydale for 25 years and have never had a complaint. I was seen today for a hygienist appointment by Gulab and Jana and their service was exemplary - Gulab is extremely thorough and his advice is super informative and helpful. The staff in general are always professional and helpful, and the practice itself is welcoming and kept very clean.

I'm never going to be happy about seeing a dentist and being told I needed 2 fillings by Mrs Z was pretty terrifying. But Gulab and Jana were able to fit me in immediately so I didn't have to spend any time worrying about it, and although I was a nervous wreck he was very kind and patient with me, so many thanks for making my experience painless.

I can personally highly recommend Wensleydale Dental Practice. I have always been nervous of dental treatment but they have turned that around! I see Jennifer and Steph and they are such a great team - they always put me at ease, very patient and calming and nothing is too much trouble for them. They explain things thoroughly and answer any questions patiently. I recently had root canal treatment and I had no need to be nervous at all - they were so kind, caring and professional. I never would have thought I could have coped with the idea of root canal but with these lovely ladies it was a breeze! They have turned me into being really proactive and positive to my dental needs (rather than waiting until something needs doing) because I know there’s nothing to worry about and no need to be nervous. My whole family are signed up with them now! I highly recommend both the dental practice and Jennifer and Steph - I would never go anywhere else!

Amun is a very accomplished and knowledgable young dentist. She uses the most up-to-date technology but also explains everything in an 'easy to understand' way. I feel very safe in her hands. She is most ably assisted by her very experienced Dental Assistant Nan. We all had very happy, often colourful interactions. I am delighted to have found this first class dental surgery.

I have been with Wensleydale for over 30 years. I have always had excellent service from everyone involved and my teeth have benefited from the care I’ve received. I have recently seen my hygienist, Anna who is very good and thorough and is aware of the problem I have with sensitive teeth. She treats me in a way to reduce my discomfort. A few days later I saw Patrick and his dental nurse, Jo because Anna had spotted something she wasn’t happy about. Patrick put it right immediately. My teeth are in very good condition and I have the staff at Wensleydale to thank for that. Over the years many years I’ve used this practice I have always been happy with my treatment.

As a child back in the 1950’s I had a number of bad experience’s and because of them I had not visited a dentist for yearsI first nervously walked into this surgery some 8 years ago with a raging toothache so I had no choice. My teeth were a mess. Fast forward 8 years my teeth and gums are healthy and my fear is a distant memory thanks to the wonderful care given by my superb dentist/ dental therapist and there whole support team. They deserve more than 5 stars and I can’t recommend them highly enough

Professional, friendly, kind and efficient service always. I telephoned yesterday for an emergency appointment and was given one for today. Marina, and her assistant, Yulia, greeted me warmly and the problem of great sensitivity in one of my teeth was quickly dealt with, thank goodness. I am so very grateful as I could not previously eat or drink on that side of my mouth. The effect of the injection has nearly gone now, so I am looking forward to normal eating and drinking. Thank you very much.

Five Stars. For an anxious patient it’s so much better when you have full confidence in and trust your dentist. Today was another comfortable experience for my children and I at our check-ups, under the exceptional care and manner of Mrs Zachrisson and her nurse Yulia.The hard-working reception team too deserves a mention - this is clearly a busy and popular practice, but the front desk staff are always friendly and polite and in my experience always follow-up with phone calls when they say they will.If you're looking for a practice that prioritises patient experience and also combines the latest techniques and dentistry skills with friendly professionalism and care, I cannot recommend Wensleydale Dental Practice enough.“Relax”, said Yulia at my appointment today - and I did. I have had Marina take care of my teeth for a number of years now and have always been impressed with the service I receive . I went in for a check up and polish today . With the helpOf her lovely dental nurse Yulia ,they did a great job of making me feel at ease and sparkly teeth as a result . I trust Marina implicitly and simply wouldn’t go anywhere else .

I phoned up and asked for a retainer to be made on Thursday last week, as my one had cracked due to natural wear and tear. The receptionist said they would get back to me which they never did. I phoned again on Monday after the weekend to get a very vague response. Tuesday I was a little luckier and I spoke to a dental technician called Helen a seemingly more experienced member of staff - my patience wearing thin at this point due to me boarding a flight this evening (currently writing this in the airport lounge). If it wasn’t for her I think I’d still be going round in circles. Seems that the receptionists don’t seem to care, and don’t seem to relay information to the customer. Receptionists seem clueless - I accept this statement is very rude but it’s a sad truth for an otherwise good practice. A shame as I have been using this practice since my first ever check up. Not a good reflection of the hard work the zachrissons put into this establishment.

I had an Hygienist appointment with Anna Krysniak - at 10:00.I was really impressed by the care and professional approach that Anna has. I have always avoided visiting a Hygenist in the past because the experience has not always been a good one. Today I can honestly say was the best Hygienist appointment and treatment I have ever experienced. A Gentle and professional approach with very good easy to understand, practical advice as to how I should care for my dental hygiene going forwards has changed my mind about visiting a Hygienist in the future. Very happy with todays appointment.

Victoria has been my dentist for a number of years. I followed her and Catherine from Peterborough and wouldn’t go to anyone else. They are so kind and patient and go over and beyond to make you comfortable. I’ve recently had a root canal and I can honestly say I didn’t feel a thing. Victoria knows I get claustrophobic and she was so patient with me. Catherine was on hand with the stress ball. Thank you ladies xx

I have registered with Wensleydale Dental Practice few years ago and been unable to find any place that can match them in regards to the quality of service provided. Yes, they are just people and recently charged me twice for the same service, but with no issues I got a refund. Let's be honest, we all make mistakes. The best example of the quality of service is my friend who by two different dentist was told that she needs to remove tooth or even two in an effort to cure the infection.On my strong recommendation she visited the Wensleydale Dental Practice. Few years down the line I remember only bits and pieces. One thing is that after hygienist visit she bled like crazy and was complaining about it. Funny enough, just 2 more visits and control one... guess what. Infection was cured and she didn't remove a single tooth.I would not call them perfect but to be honest I would not trust a different dentist. It is an hour drive for me to get there, but for more than 10 years no one else could match their service... and I did try the best places based on Google reviews.Highly recommended.

I have found Wensleydale practice very helpful and friendly. The children and I all regularly attend to see Charlotte.Charlotte is always very friendly and helps the children feel relaxed and at ease.When my youngest child took a nasty fall and banged his jaw/tooth, the receptionist staff were fantastic and got him seen straight away. We obviously could not see our regular dentist, but the dentist we saw was brilliant and helped reassure my son and me.5 stars from me

Very helpful staff. amazing receptionist too who was very helpful and very compassionate. Iv not been to dentist for 6yrs due to very bad experience in Stevenage but here was totally different. Amazing bunch of staff.
